Marian Ortiz
Marian fell out of her car about three months ago and landed on her hip shattering it. Immediately she had surgery removing much of the shattered bone and placing a rod in her upper leg. When we first meet Marian she came rolling in on a wheelchair and now she is able to walk in with a smiling face. Marian said, "the excellent care of Tim and Leah has helped her recovery go smooth and swiftly." Marian also added that she loves our state of the art pool because it gave her the ability to start weight-bearing earlier, which would not have been possible without the waters buoyancy. With her hard work and our help Marian is living her normal life again. In March she is traveling to Canada to visit family and can't wait to start fishing again once it warms up. We are so proud of you Marion! If you would like to share your experience with Northern Arizona Rehabilitation and Fitness leave us a message.

Cookbooks Are Here!
The Northern Arizona Rehabilitation and Fitness Cookbook is in just in time for the holidays! This gift makes a perfect stocking stuffer. All the recipes are from past and present NARF patients and employees. Also, all profits from the cookbooks are going to the Cottonwood Senior Center. We feel it is important to "Empower Our Community" and The Cottonwood Senior Center does just that.
